The cause of the issue
If you receive this error it is probably due to the fact that you haven’t set up a dedicated password for your eCom account yet.
How to fix it
If you are currently logged in to your eCom account, you may click on your name on the upper left-hand corner and click on log out. Once logged out, you may log back in but this time, you need to click on the forgot password link to reset your password.
Once the password is updated, you can sign back in and try installing the app again using the new password.
